We are looking for a Functional Subject matter expert (SME) in Material Requirement Planning MRP, Oracle -Manufacturing/shopfloor execution, Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning who can work out of the Westchester, PA office for an implementation.
Onsite: Westchester, PA (All days in a week)
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions to optimize inventory management, production scheduling, and overall supply chain efficiency by leveraging Oracle's MRP planning tools, including advanced features like demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization across various business scenarios & outside processing.
· Ensuring data integrity by managing and cleansing data within the Oracle system, including item master data, BOMs, and lead times
· Generating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, production efficiency, and supply chain performance
· Providing training and support to end users on Oracle Planning and MRP functionalities, addressing queries, and resolving issues
· Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
· Identify and manage functionality and Application issues during CRP, SIT, UAT
Work with the technical team on data conversion and existing data transformation.

Skills:
Professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle MRP (Material Requirements Planning) functionalities within the Oracle EBS, enabling to design, implementation, and manage comprehensive planning and inventory management systems for Client's business site, particularly manufacturing organizations in Westchester PA, by effectively integrating demand management, forecasting, and production scheduling processes
Extensive experience with Oracle Planning and MRP modules within the Oracle ERP suite.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and customization
Experience in project management, including implementation and support phases
Must have 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS in multiple manufacturing facilities.
